Why watch movies from satellite and not from a 3rd party?
I agree with what you said, maybe it's old, I'm also looking for something similar to watch movies like Netflix, HDO, HDO Box....

Just get an unlimited cellular service with wifi and steam whatever you want.

Great idea, but, we loose cell service about 30 miles before we get to where we camp. Sat. internet service is the way to go, you can stream almost anything in the middle of nowhere, if you have 120 volts.

would never work up here unless you stay close to major HI ways or city's. I was going to look into star link but I will have to wait until the currant spat is over before I can. I do have a IPTV box, so if I can get internet I can watch anything I want and we usually take it in the 5th wheel just incase there is Wi-Fi I can log into, but we don't even have a TV in the truck camper so instead of watching the morning news with my coffee, I am forced to start a campfire and watch it instead haha

If your camping is almost exclusively in areas with cell coverage that can work....but even in areas just outside built up areas, it's not uncommon to have dead zones.

There's Starlink and Hughsnet if cell coverage won't work.
I've yet to hear anyone recommend Hughsnet and the one friend who had it found it much more finicky to set up. A side concern is they are losing subscribers rapidly, so there is the open question if they will be around in a year or two.
