Alternatives for storing sewer dump assembly - sanitary?

I have a 1998 Roadtrek 190P which houses the sewer dump fitting in the large storage compartment along with the city water hookup and fresh water hose storage, outdoor shower, and the electrical power...

I went to Walmarts and purchased three dish pans, They fit very well. The left holds the Dirty water stuff, the middle holds the clean water stuff, and the right holds the electrical. Did this last week.
