Winnebago in at least some of it's models, uses steel and aluminum framing in what they call Super Structure construction.
As part of this, Winnebago also uses what it calls Thermo-Panel wall construction.
As reference, look at a Minnie-Winnie brochure to read about these two construction features (our 2005 Winnebago Itasca Class C even uses these two construction methods). Open page 9 of this Minnie Winnie 2018 .pdf document to read about these:
