I've finally gotten my answer from the manufacturer of my wheels. This is a direct quote from Ultra Wheels - "The maximum PSI engraved on the backside of Ultra Wheels specifies the maximum bead seating pressure the tire installer must not exceed when installing tires on Ultra Wheels. The engraved PSI is not related to service pressure." Thank you everyone for you help and concerns. I certainly feel safer.
