Don't come to Indiana then. There are only a very few state parks, and then only a very few sites within those state parks, that provide full hook-up sites, and they are usually all booked.
At best, you get electric at your site. Very few Indiana State Parks have water at each site. Most are a shared spigot for a section of the campground. And forget about on-site dump sewer connections. You (might) have water and electric, but only a few select sites with sewer.
You learn to use sewer Blue Totes, additional water containers for transporting water, and make sure propane tanks are full.
Private campgrounds are ententes all their own. If you're looking at the state park system here, you've got to plan for no water and no sewer at the site.
