Coach looks clean in the pics. The AC Eagle was/is a nice coach for sure. If it has been maintained properly, checks out in terms of mechanicals and coach systems, probably a good choice if it turns your crank otherwise. What I have read about AC's 'Liberty' chassis is that it is either a Freightliner or Spartan that AC cuts in half and modifies for their particular design. Cat C9 engine,non tag axle, rear radiator, no AquaHot, probably less than 3K CCC and overpriced at $120K...all negatives. Not a fan of the overhung mirrors...limits how far down you can move the sun shades.Now you tell us the wife has veto power.The second one for $9K more is a much better deal and does not have any of the negatives above.

Can I be the devil's advocate? Windshield wipers at the top of the coach? You have to get a ladder out to just change the blades and if you put covers on them while parked, you will have to pull out that ladder every time.Mirrors that attach to the top of the frame sometime won't have full coverage window shades. I'm not sure about American Coach but Newell's that have the high-mounted rear-view mirrors have an 18 inch gap between the A-pillar and the shade on the passenger side. (crazy).Safe travels,MM.

While I am a YUGE proponent of American Coach as we love our 2015 Tradition, the CC is a better deal to me. Tag axleDespite low miles on the AC, to me that is a negative. Meaning it hasn't been used much for a 12 year old coach. If you don't use it, you lose it. Did I mention tag axle?
