American Coach, how the heck does this AC system work?

Having a similar age coach with 3 Mach 8 roof heat pumps, I will offer some suggestions:

1. Clean the coils well. Use a vacuum cleaner on the inside and compressed air up top.

2. Most of these beasts have remote thermosensors that tell the AC or heat pump to cycle on/off. One of mine was bad (midship) and it was causing my midship AC unit to short cycle.

3. your best bet may be to get a qualified RV AC tech to just come and check all of them.

Do they work in the electric heat mode?
