The answer is no, Most campgrounds do not provide cable, of any kind, of the ones that do the answer is mixed,
Some analog
Some digital
Some mixed (Where I am now)
Some charge
Some Free (Where I am now)
But most of the campgrounds I visit including all government campgrounds (State/Federal/City/County) have never provided cable.
Private campgrounds are much more likely to provide, also cost more.
