The entire thread separating in one piece....I had that on a car with Dunlap tires. The tire had a 40,000 mile rating...and a starting at 34,000 miles I had two blowouts and this one complete, one piece separation.
Almost like the tires had a "self-distruct" chip in them to start their thing kin the mid-30s.
Reported it (via the Dunlap dealer) to the mfr...who called me and issued me a check for like 30 bucks. Never admitting ANYTHING wrong with any of the 3 tires. Simply told me to check the PSI in the future.
Well, there will be no "future" for me and Dunlap.
And, BTW, my motorhome (2001) has had 3 sets of tires...all Goodyear 19.5 G670. One blowout outside El Paso. A nail. Not Goodyears' fault.
