I'm going give credit where credit is due. I posted a message above that I was unhappy with the service I received on a claim for a dealer installed inverter on a new RV we purchased. The dealer installed the inverter prior to delivery. Good Sam denied the claim at the time. However after my post Scott immediately PM'd me and wanted to make it right. I received a call from one of his people they looked into my claim and resolved it. I think that it is a fantastic company that will monitor these forums and then actually take action. Kudos to Scott! You have a happy customer. Thank you!
