Another inverter transfer switch question

(You say: "put the generator on and got nothing, no 120v electricity plugs worked, microwave would come on etc." you have no 120v power but you also say you had working plugs an microwave which are opposites, so what is it?

It's possible that only one side of the transfer switch has gone bad I suppose, assuming those things that worked are on the other working (120V) leg.... )
No what I meant to say was all the outlets by the microwave, bathrooms, GFI didn't work, yet "a" plug by the bedroom TV had power...head scratcher
