I can never really tell about "vintage." I know a dealer who recently sold a fairly rough looking but original Econoline pickup for $8000, and moderate custom restorations can get easily double that, totally original even more.
The original retail price was something around $2500, but most of the production got sold to the Department of Defense or GSA for under $1500.
Chevy Greenbrier pickup from same era is much rarer, even more precious.
This particular RV could be almost a one-off, but the more it gets modified, the less valuable it becomes.
