Another tire question. Toyo date codes
I recently purchased a vehicle with Toyo tires the DOT code is CX9B. Can anyone please translate?

When I got the vehicle these tires were included but not on the vehicle. I checked both sides before I put them on and these were the only DOT codes.
This is an F150 pickup. I am aware of the normal DOT readings but these threw me for a loop.
