I've never known brands to have much effect on the ride of handling.
Newness, yes and the same for any vehicle, it seems.
I once exchanged the Michelins with GY's (both RV tires) on a coach that we had just purchased and the ride improved.
Last year, we replaced the GY's on our recent purchase and after having a blowout. Installed HERCULES truck tires and they felt somewhat better, as well, but no biggie, either way, if your coach is right, to begin with.
I ran a set of HERCULES around the country on our previous gas coach and liked them better than anything previous. Then again, how many ways is there to make a tire, for having DOT approval and for staying out of trouble and possible bankruptcy?
Story short, it's all about the money and in this case, you don't always get what you pay for.
