Most every tire has paint marks(yellow, red, or white) that indicate how the tire should be mounted and orientated to the valve stem, etc.
Most "tire installers" who mount the tires have no idea what those marks mean.
That's because the valve hole on the wheel isn't consistently a mark for anything. It's usually randomly drilled.
