I agree with Mark, most of our 'big boy toy' hobbies cost money. Owning a motorhome, especially a complete DP, is not an inexpensive endeavor. There are times when I think we are a bit crazy to do it. But, like many, we enjoy this way of traveling.
We bought this coach used for cash. We've spend a lot of money on it but much of what we spent was optional or self-inflicted.... furniture upgrades, TV upgrades, new carpet, replace sat dome with HD sat dish. We had to fix/replace a few things but our ESP has paid for most of that (paid out more than we paid for the plan).
So, in the end we are happy. We are blessed to have the ability to pay the cost of ownership.
