You are either exaggerating your expenses or are paying far too much for just about everything. Your seven to eight year-old Itasca could have been purchased for about 30 percent less; you preventive maintenance costs are about 50 percent higher than I pay and I don't do any of it myself; and I purchased six Michelin tires in 2014 for less than 3,800 balanced and installed. Just sayin.................
