I do not feel he has overpaid for good service. If you go to a Cummins or Freightliner shop for chassis repairs you will pay big bucks but for the most part the quality of service will be there. If you go to Joe's Diesel shop to save a few bucks who knows what you get.
We have been to many shops for chassis and house repairs I do not mind paying more to go to a reputable shop. Are there some bargains, of course, however there are some real dogs out there.
