I've never owned a house that depreciated. In the end, fulltime, part time, occasional user, you end up with little to nothing. It's not a wise crack, it's the reality of owning an rv.
For fun I like to check rv.trader and then look at the suggested list versus actual NADA value. You can get a good idea of what was paid and what was lost to depreciation. I guess it's about preference but I just can't part with 250,000 that easily. It took a lot of hard work to make that money.
