I find it interesting that one poster has just posted their experience. And most of the 50 some odd other posts are, for some reason, trying to explain why his experience was bad or wrong or unusual in some way.
It is what it is. Nice warning for someone just getting into this. Sure, their mileage may vary. But, good info none the less.
I personally don't think his experience was bad or wrong? What he claims is most likely true however it does not (in my opinion and my many experiences) reflect the true costs of owning a more expensive MH
1) not everyone finances 2) not everyone pays monthly storage fees 3)
not everyone insures 24/7 4)not everyone only owns it for less than 2 years and sells 5) not everyone does that large amount of service in 2 years 6)not everyone will have that many repairs in like 4000 miles of driving 7) not everyone suffers that amount of depreciation in under 2 years and so on
IF you feel this will be your exact same situation then yes it gives you an idea of what not to do otherwise its just what it cost this one particular owner nothing more and nothing less
