If it's a sealing foam with a built in bug repellant, it may be a good deal. If it's just a bug repellant I would pass.
On a side note.....The Asian beetles come in through the slide seals, so you wont prevent them from entering. About the only thing you'll stop on the under side, is rodents. So if it isn't a foam sealer, it's useless.
