Any cautions on buying an RV with a lien on it, please ?

Hi Rv'rs, This is my first posting so hope I'm in the right place etc. Am going to look at a C.Class that I like the look of on C.List(I know)with a lien. The owner is OK with us going to the ban...

Here in canada we would go to the bank or lender that holds the lien and pay the debt, at the same time get a notice of intent to clear the lien.
