Any idea how to fix this? underfloor door lock corroded
The sliding mechanism inside this latch is corrode and I can't get it open. Any ideas?

If it were me I would probably swing by a locksmith shop and see what they have to say - chances are they could open that and maybe replace the locking mechanism as well. If you bring the rig to them it won't cost anything to get their opinion.
