Any idea how to fix this? underfloor door lock corroded
The sliding mechanism inside this latch is corrode and I can't get it open. Any ideas?

I was able to browse to the album preview for the OP's pictures
The latch in question looks like this (sorry for the screen shot, but it's as close as I could get to his pictures).
So, I second the comment about spraying in either rust eater or lubricant into the lock hole and around the underside of the latch.
