Any problem with the refirigerator behind the driver?

The 'good' floor plan will go out the window when you start having trouble because a lessor company's bad customer service, questionable build quality and a bad dealer network.

Hi MM, When you say "Pick the floor plan that you like". That's the one thing everyone seems to agree with! The problem is that some of the floor-plans I've liked best were from couch builders with lesser reputations.

Some people like the front kitchen as they feel it is closer to the entrance door for delivering groceries, cooking for the patio, etc.

The TV is usually at a lower level midship that some prefer.

We like the front living room as we have a good view out the front. We don't cook, so the kitchen is really a warming station/ beverage center. We also happen to like the TV up front. Since we have two opposing sofa's, we both can lie down on our own sofa and be in a perfect position for watching the TV. This works for us and may not work for you.

Pick the floor plan that you like.

I should add that the salesman was trying to make the case that the entry level Winny diesel is a better choice than the top of the line Newmar gasser. Everyone has their opinion when it comes to gas and diesel. A tough thing to work through because people you've come to respect have such different and varied opinions?

Hi 2gypsies, RE: "I thought you had two finalists chosen." you're right and I do. There was a Winnebago Forza 38R sitting next to the Newmar I was looking at and the salesman said "you should see this one"! Its what salesman do trying to make you spend as much as possible. I only looked at it because I had time to kill.

Nice coach but didn't like where the refrigerator was located, very small couch and bunkbeds which I have no interest in. Like all coaches it has its good and bad but its not for me.

Just like every other floor plan. It's a preference.

No problem with the fridge behind driver I think that is a cool floor plan. We thought long and hard about the front kitchen and didn't end up going that way. However I am sure we would have enjoyed it I saw many advantages to having the kitchen up front.

What floorplan are you looking at now? I thought you had two finalists chosen. It's getting to be time to start RVing! :)
