Any problem with the refirigerator behind the driver?

I see some floor-plans where the residential refrigerator is right behind the drivers seat. I assume its far enough back to not effect the normal operation of seat and/or seat back. But is it safe? ...

It's probably safe unless you get hit by a truck and then you have other problems. I'd be more concerned about the seat tilt as you mentioned and whether the front seat can still swivel to the rear as most class A seats can when you have several people over for the evening.
