Any problem with the refirigerator behind the driver?

I see some floor-plans where the residential refrigerator is right behind the drivers seat. I assume its far enough back to not effect the normal operation of seat and/or seat back. But is it safe? ...

My only problem with the refrigerator behind the driver's seat is that means the kitchen is right behind the "cockpit". I personally like the living room behind the driver and co-pilot so that you get the big panoramic view from the living room seats. Just my personal preference.
