Any real world Macerator experience ??

Same here as BSB (above). It is convenient to use when you don't want to get out the slinky hose. The hose is already attached so all you have to do is pop on the connector to the tank drain.

I've only had to open ours once to clean out as someone (a friend's son), dropped a piece of gum in the system and it got caught on the blade. Once removed, worked like a charm again.
