These are unique, but I found one at a road side tire store in Toltec AZ. I needed one for a mounted spare. Check on line as well, but make sure you have the right part number. I also checked with the Ford truck dealer as well. Mine was about $260.
They are the same rim as used on every cab and chassis F-450/F-550 made from 1998 to present! If that truck has 19.5" rims and 8 lugs, it will also be the same size, and have a required minimum weight rating. The 4X4 F-450 pickup is actually a dressed up F-350, and come with 18" rims, so it will not work.
If you have a 22,000 and above GVWR, then the Ford dealership can get a new rim, but used ones might be more difficult to locate.
Any RV junkyard can normally locate a part for you, as most are computer listed parts, and will be able to check other nearby junkyards for a used rim.
I have a 97, and the only 19.5" rims for my motorhome are from aftermarket places, (I have 10 lugs and factory rated rims at only 3,050 pounds at 90 PSI. Your rims have a much higher weight rating).
