Several years ago I had to run a new coax for a rear camera replacement. I started at the rear camera and went down between the rear cap and firewall next to the engine's air filter intake. Once down under the coach, I followed (or even shared) existing wire looms all the way to the front electrical compartment located under the driver's seat. That compartment had holes (with grommets) that went up into the driver's left hand console unit and then on under the dash to the camera's monitor. No holes drilled anywhere.
There were several spots where I couldn't find an existing cable loom and I would just tie wrap the coax (with plastic protective cover...ribbed type that has a slot cut into it) to whatever I could find that would keep the coax free from moving parts or ground debris.
Good luck
Ron
