Back in the 80s Vogue was one of THE motorhomes to own. Not sure I would pay that much for it. If it is in decent shape I personally would offer around 10. At that age service records are important. Check the age of the tires as they most likely will need to be replaced a somewhat major expense. Will probably also need all new belts and hoses.
