Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

Just sitting here on the Gulf Coast in 84 and sunny with 41% humidity. Beautiful day if all the beaches and pools weren't closed. Changed the faucet for the outside shower sprayer on the MH. Enough work for one day. Have to spread out the tasks so I don't run out of things to do.
