Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

Here's what I bought. A nice 6 foot long level, box style, instead of the I beam style. This one cost a few dollars more, but, is much more stiff than the beam style.

Why did I buy that? Because I could!

Well, something like that.
