Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

As the plan evolves, the "normal" RVer will question many decisions. However, it's not your RV or mine (the DW cringes every time I show her the progress) so as long as the OP and his DW are happy, that's all that matters.
