Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

Not really a fan of the PT Cruiser. For some reason, it reminds me on an AMC Pacer. To each their own, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Had some irises we decided to get rid of so I mowed them every time I cut the grass. Figured that would do it. They came right back the next year. Gotta respect a plant with that kind of perseverance. They are now allowed to grow unmolested.
