Common sense? What the heck is that? Crazy, just plain crazy.
It still looks kind of rough, however, things will start looking better shortly.
I am getting near the point, that much of the work that needs done is more along the line of finish work.
I think that probably well over half of the money has been spent. At this point, I expect to probably be all in for somewhere between 13 and 15K.
