Have you been hit by the increase in lumber prices where you are? Here in Florida everything has tripled! A 2x4x8' board that was 1.97 in March is now 5.98!!!
Prices are up. 8' long 2 x 4's running anywhere from $5.17 to $6.10 depending on type, with pressure treated @ $7.57.
2 x 3 x 8's are $2.60, if they can be used. Plywood is up as well.
It is what it is. Pay it, do without, or find a substitute, I guess. Lol.
Supposed to rain tomorrow, so I'm not sure whether I'll get any work done or not.
