When you work by yourself, it seems like about 6 hands would be really helpful. However, since we only have 2, sometimes, a work around in necessary.
In this photo, I had the scaffolding at the rear, so I added an extension to the rear scaffold - red arrow - set the first truss in place, and added a couple of screws to keep it all in place - yellow arrow.
Green arrows points to the next truss ready to go up, with the leg already attached.
