Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

Then, it was time to step on the (doo-hickey), while on the scale.

The first part shows a little over 240 lbs.







The second shows about 345 lbs.







That was a trip trying to balance on one foot, on a board with only 1 screw on each side, (can u say - not stable), all while trying to take a picture. Lol.
