Depends on what is trying to be accomplished at the time. I have welded in steel framing during single digit F temperatures. Definitely not the most comfortable doing that.
Here's a map of most of US and Canada, with the red dot for a general location, not exact.
Tonight is supposed to be in the lower 30's F. Then this coming week in the 60's and 70's during the day, with night time temps in the 40's and 50's somewhere.
