Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

This was a piece of the TPO that I have. I stuck these 2 together with the heat gun, as if I was welding them together, with the black surface of the top piece, to the white surface of the bottom piece.

After several seconds with the heat gun applied between the 2, I pressed them together, let them cool, and now am unable to pull them apart. They really do become one, after heating and a little pressure.
