Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

I will let you know about the induction and the inverter but my speculation is that it's not wired to the inverter(s) as I believe it's setup for 220V so both burners can be used at full power if necessary.
I haven't tried it on inverter but I will and I will let you know.
