Here was my solution for moving a 16 foot long scaffolding truss.
After taking off the legs, and railing, I left the main truss/flooring section together.
To say it was heavy and awkward, would be an understatement.
So, I put a small hand cart under the one end, and just let the other end drag across the driveway and then grass, until I got it next to the truck where I was going to store it for the winter.
I then lifted one end up on the truck, and wrestled it into place on the bed of the truck.

The 8 foot long pieces I could just carry, so they weren't as much of a problem for me.
