After adding a few screws to secure the sliding tracks into position, it looks like this.
There is a small gap on the right side, which will be covered by the time this installation is finished.
After closing this, I went outside in the dark, and there was no light coming through to the outside. That's exactly what I wanted. Yeehaw!
The slider is a nice fit, and doesn't take much pressure to move it back and forth. I do plan on being able to remove the slider when it's in the bathroom side, just in case I need to remove it.
