Anyhow, today I started laying out the drawers for under the passenger side counter area.
I am not a fan of cabinets, as there is always a lot of wasted space, and I find that drawers are more efficient use of space.
Therefore, the passenger side is getting all drawers below the counter.
I used painters tape, to get a feel of how it would look.
The 2 bottom drawers on the right will be about 12 inches deep to house larger items like the Instant Pot, Bread machine, etc.
Those 2 will be about 19 inches wide and almost 26 inches long. All of these drawers will be near 26 inches from front to back for plenty of storage space.
The drawers on the left side will be about 13 inches wide and again, almost 26 inches front to back.
The 2 bottom drawers on the left, I plan on using a drawer face that looks like it will be a deep one, like the ones on the right side, but will only be slightly less than half the depth of the ones on the right side.
I am currently making a mock up of one of these to make sure it will work.
