Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

I am going to be using 4 drawers high.

In this pic, the red arrows indicate where I want 3/8" of clearance. I want that at the top and bottom of the drawers, as well as in between the drawers.

That means I have 5 spaces that are 3/8" high. That equals 1 - 7/8" of space.
