Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Have you googled something like "constant temperature tankless water heater"?
The ones I could come with were all 240V - which makes sense, as heating water quickly takes a lot of energy.
If it is not a tankless system, I don't know how you could go without mixing in cold water to achieve the desired temperature.
