Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

As usual, I could not leave well enough alone, so I pulled out one of my multimeters and started checking voltage.

The one on the left is incoming voltage, how many amps being used, as well as watts in the lower left corner.

The multimeter on the right, is the voltage at the outgoing end of the string of lights.
