Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

Since it's starting to get a little warmer out, (91 tomorrow), I thought I would modify my "fan" just a little bit to fit the rear window slide area a little bit better.

I cut the plywood that the fan is attached to, so it would fit and not fall out, and it works like a charm.

Variable speed, temporary wiring, what more could a person ask for? Lol.
