Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

How do you plan on keeping the drawers closed when traveling?

We had the pantry door open on a very tight left uphill turn and the contents go flying out, after that I installed the drywall corner L strips and drilled holes to accept bungee cords, they are on for travelling and one side off for camping, all the drawers on ower unit need to lift up to open.
